  Securely pack the merchandise in its original box with all tags and manuals included to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
